I'm an industrial designer, recently graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design. I'm originally from Hong Kong, and have lived, worked, and learned in the US, Taiwan, and Germany.
I am passionate about product design. I try to deeply understand people's lifestyles and needs in order to design elegant solutions to the problems they may face. A well considered product gives me joy to use and inspires me to design things that give people equal joy.
Other than design, my other passion is music. I am an active DJ and musician and aside from giving people joy through design, I also love to make people dance. My inner tech-geek also draws me to tinkering with musical hardware and software.
Currently I am working as an ID intern at the Habitability Design Center at the NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas. Working here has been surreal so far, and I never imagined I would be working as part of the space program. But here I am, and I'm having a blast!
I'm looking for the next opportunity after NASA, starting in September. Please let me know if you think my skills would be useful to you!
